I was just tuning around this morning and not hearing much, and then tuned 30 meters and heard one station calling CQ JA — FS/LY2IJ. Several stations calling him, but I sent my callsign once and got an immediate 599 back from him. New one on 30! Sometimes just spinning the dial aimlessly pays off!
